I've got onions coming out of my ears at the moment. I use lots but I'm not sure if I can just leave these out and have them develop a skin so they'll keep a little longer. I wish we'd get more onions in the winter because that's when I use them in just about everything I make.
More parsley means more chimichurri sauce. Yum!
