Great for dipping dumplings or using as a dressing on salads
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp Korean hot pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 scallions, chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Mix well. Refrigerate.
