She asked me to show her what this "chili garlic sauce" stuff I use all the time looks like. I love this stuff, it adds some, but not too much, heat and a whole lot of flavor. I've seen other brands but haven't tried them and I don't know why I selected this over other ones, it was probably less expensive. But here it is:
