Roasted Potatoes

Might I just say mmmmm right now?


Finger potatoes sliced to about 1/8"
Olive oil
Seasoned salt

Coat the potatoes with the olive oil and salt, roast at 475 stirring frequently until at least some of them are nice and crispy, usually about 15 minutes.

Rating: Mmmm excellent
